Our purpose is to provide a long-term presence and constant increase of the company cost in the building market.
Our business credo is to gain the confidence of each of our consumers on terms of full satisfaction of its requirements and expectations and punctual performance of treaty obligations.

Priority direction of Quality Policy implementation is development, introduction and constant improvement of quality management system of engineering and technical monitoring of building projects, corresponding to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 international standard requirements. The quality management system is called to gain the confidence in the company which main property is employees, their professionalism and experience.

Directions of Quality Policy implementation are:
Work quality planning in all fields of activity and periodic analysis of its performance;

Monitoring of markets, organisation of communication with investors, consumers and suppliers, individual approach to each customer and partner, meeting requirements of interested parties;
Development of management structure , improvement of work organisation;
Application of innovative decisions, use of modern technologies performing all kinds of work;

Qualification and professional level improvement of all employees, motivation and stimulation to qualitative work.

In the company it is developed, introduced and functions, quality management system of design work and services in the field of architecture and construction. In March, 2009, “Registered Company of Technical supervision TUV Thüringen e. V.” (Germany) - an independent accredited body on certification of management and personnel systems has certificated that quality management system meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 international standard (the certificate from 2009-05-07 № TIC 15 100 85451).
